Company

Name and tagline appear in the header for everyone in your company.

Applies to every Solo 1 driver unless you set a per-driver value on their profile (set a driver higher to approve extra days). Solo 2 is governed by rotation, not this cap.
Invite Codes

Generate a code and share it with a new hire — they enter it on first sign-in to join your company.

Optional. Leave the cycle start blank for drivers who run continuous overnight tours (most Solo 2) — they’ll be eligible any day, limited by rest/hours. Set a pattern + start date only for drivers on a true fixed rotation.

Any pattern — e.g. 4 on / 4 off, 5 on / 2 off, 6 on / 1 off.
Click a day to cycle: Available → Preferred off → Required off.
Highlight the start times this driver runs. If none are selected, the driver is eligible for all start times.
Overrides the company default for this driver. Set higher to approve extra days (bypass), or lower to restrict. Leave blank to use the company default. Not applied to Solo 2 (cycle-governed).

Find & merge duplicate drivers

Pick which record to keep for each pair. The other driver’s shifts move to the kept driver, its name is saved as an alias (so future imports link automatically), and the duplicate is removed.
